Supporting those in need

Support Workers and Carers

Our support workers and carers assist individuals to live autonomously by providing support with personal hygiene, dressing, medication management, financial tasks, communication skills, and lifestyle mentoring to build confidence and everyday independence.

Assistance with Travel and Transport

We coordinate travel support and provide ongoing assistance to help individuals safely attend essential appointments and access everyday services that support their health, independence, wellbeing, and active participation in daily life.

Disability Support Provider-Lotus Embrace

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills/Transitions​

We support individuals to develop essential daily living and life skills through mentoring, guidance, and learning. Our personalised support encourages independence, informed decision-making, and confidence in managing everyday tasks and life transitions.

Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching

Our Support Coordinators work closely with individuals to connect them with suitable services, build capacity to navigate supports independently, resolve service challenges, and achieve their goals in a timely and empowering way, with Recovery Coaching support provided where needed.

Household Tasks: Housekeeping

We assist with household tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Our support promotes routine, independence, and confidence while ensuring daily household responsibilities are managed effectively and respectfully.

Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment or Higher Education

We support individuals to access and maintain employment or higher education through practical guidance, skill development, and ongoing assistance. Our personalised approach builds confidence, promotes independence, and supports meaningful participation in work or learning environments.

Innovative Community Participation

We offer inclusive community participation opportunities that encourage social connection, skill development, and personal growth. Through structured activities and tailored support, individuals gain confidence, build meaningful relationships, and actively engage within their local communities with greater independence.
